Our story

how it all started

The cradle for this project was Biznet 2022, a global business networking event held on 19th November 2022, powered by TKMCE UAE Alumni Chapter.  Shuhaib Aburazak, in his presentation to the gathering that evening, shared an idea of a group of TKMCE alumnus joining to create a project by, from and for TKMCE alumnus. This thought reignited in November 2024 with the formation of U7 Developers with an apartment project Double 2 Double 9 in Ajman.
