Services
Do you arrange bank loan facilty?
Bank loan is available only to completed projects. Once the project is completed and ready for handover, we could facilitate you with the documentations to avail loan. For expats, 80% of the project cost could be availed as loan.
Can I get UAE residence visa if I buy this property?
To obtain a UAE residence visa as an investor, you need to invest AED 2 million. You may combine the value of the property you purchased from U7 properties with any other investments you hold to reach the 2 million target and qualify for UAE residence visa.
